2016 Medoc Spring Races Video

In the off chance someone still reads this blog, and is not on Facebook (seems unlikely) I created a video for the 2016 Medoc Spring Races trail race. I stupidly had the the camera set to "Standard" instead of "High Quality" so the video isn't as great as it could be. Anyway, this is a fantastic race, and it should be on every trail runners calendar.
