Frosty 50K video



Reader Matt sent me this link to a nicely produced video of the Frosty 50K held last Saturday.

Shannon and I have come to accept our limitations and decided to sit the race out this year.

Congrats to friends Laura, Rita, Meghan, Gregg, Sean, and Ultra Brad for their very speedy finishes!

    I am in awe of all of you. SO incredibly speedy!!! Very nicely done Laura, Rita, Meghan, Sean, Gregg, and Brad!!! What a stellar race. May some of your speed dust fall on to me.
