Shannon and I are running the Blue Ridge Relay this weekend on the Carolina Godiva Mixed team. There are two other Godiva teams, the super fast masters team and the party animal open mens team.
Our blogging friends Tim Gautreau, Josh, and Shuwen will also be out there on other teams.
Busy packing right now, but will do a bunch of quick updates this weekend as time and internet access allows...
Anthony, thanks for your comment on my blog (BQ or Die) about running barefoot. I have tried on grass, but never on pavement. Also, I think my Coach's comments were misconstrued by some. He is very caring, positive, and supportive. I love the guy as a Coach, but different strokes, right?
