Did Kettle Chip interval workout.
Ate Kettle chips for 3 minutes @ 20 chips/minute
Took 1 minute break to breathe and wash them down with light beer.
Picked up pace for 3 minutes @ 30 chips/minute
Was sweating pretty good, started to get side cramp
Pushed it hard to the red line for another 2 minutes @ 34 chips/minute until bowl was empty.
Heart rate hit 189!
Cooled down by finishing beer. Worked off side side cramp by slouching in chair until relieved with belch.
I totally agree with the general mileau of this blog- it is a good example of people gone mad. They have black and white pictures of people on bombed rubble in WWII and they look happier than you two. I think the only reason the people in Shannon's pictures look happy is 'cuz they didn't climbing the rubble site yet. Of course I could be wrong--- for the first time. Anonymous in Brooklyn.
